US accounting and consulting practice Armanino has expanded its network by adding Southeast-focused operator MSTiller ( MST ) to its organization.
Founded in 1956, MST works with mid-market companies, family businesses and private foundations in a variety of industries.
The company, with about 110 professionals, operates from offices in Georgia and New York.
The move is expected to deepen Armanino’s capabilities in tax, audit and advisory work, while expanding its presence in the Southeast.
Armanino Advisory CEO Matt Armanino said, “MST is an exceptional company with a strong reputation, talented professionals and trusted client relationships that have stood the test of time.
“MST strengthens our ability to deliver our services with an incredible focus on client outcomes while deepening our presence in one of the fastest growing regions of the US.”
With this agreement, MST clients will have access to Armanino’s broader service platform, which includes its technology consulting and digital transformation offerings.
They will also be able to take advantage of specialized tax capabilities such as international tax and transfer pricing, multi-state tax planning, state and local taxes, tax credits and incentives, advisory services and transaction-related valuations.
MST Managing Partner Angela Griner said: “Armanino stood out for its culture, foresight and a relationship of trust built over decades.
“Our long history of working alongside Armanino across the Moore Global network, combined with their commitment to technology, artificial intelligence and modern service delivery, gave us confidence that we can better serve the needs of increasingly complex customers while maintaining the core company values that have defined us since our founding.”
