Along with the US-Iranian negotiations, Turkey is "another opportunity to fulfill his role as mediator"




Iran’s top diplomat said his country’s missile and defense capabilities will “never” be on the negotiating table, as US President Donald Trump appeared to cool threats to strike following a military build-up in the region. Earlier on January 30, he arrived in Istanbul for talks with Turkish officials, who positioned themselves as mediators in an attempt to de-escalate the situation.
