Class S pipelines are all capable of handling the deepest parts of the ocean. Their stats differ slightly, meaning you can use any one of them and successfully complete a mission in any part of the map.

While the ruined pipe is usually the best choice given its acquisition method and overall stats, the bath pipe isn’t far behind.

A-grade pipes are both great options and can tackle certain parts of the mid-game and late-game areas. At some point, they will have difficulty reaching certain parts of the map, such as Angler’s Cave or Spirit Roots. Therefore, we recommend using the following boats to use caution when approaching these areas.

Deep areas can be traversed, but their oxygen and speed stats prevent them from easily traversing the end-game areas.

Oxygen tube

Grade B includes all medium pipes in the game. They are best used in the early and mid game and they will serve you perfectly. That said, these options don’t address the later parts of the mid-game, so one can’t expect them to handle end-game content at all.

Class C is strictly an early game option and once you manage to get your hands on the Blowfish Tubes, they are no longer worth anything. If it helps, we recommend not relying on them at all due to the limited scope of exploration they allow. So with these options equipped, you won’t be too far away from the dome, so switching quickly is important.
