Jon Jones is unhappy that a bystander leaked his recent private conversations about his illness. In a recent interview with The Schmo, the MMA GOAT consensus was scorched earth for the leaker.

Recently, a video circulated on social media showing “Bones” suffering from severe arthritis in his hip. However, this information was never public.

The former UFC heavyweight champion took aim at the offender in an interview with The Schmo, calling him out for his inconsiderate behavior:

“It’s true, I have arthritis and the kid who leaked the news was an absolute asshole. I was secretly talking to some guy who wore a pair of Meta glasses, like myself, and he ended up posting the news. It’s not something that everyone gets to hear, but that’s how life works. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and it just goes with it. I think I started playing sports in seventh grade and now I’m almost 40. It comes with it but I would do it again and I feel great.”

“Bones” is a former UFC two-division champion. when he chose to retire Aiming to fight then-interim champion Tom Aspinall for the heavyweight title in 2025, Jones has since confirmed that he has not yet retired and hopes to fight on the upcoming UFC White House card.
