A partial US government shutdown is ending, but a fight over DHS funding looms




A deal between Senate Democrats and President Donald Trump ended a short-lived partial shutdown of the U.S. government, but funding for the Department of Homeland Security remains up in the air as lawmakers push for reforms to ICE and the Border Patrol.
