A new storm threatens devastated Portugal and Spain with floods




Spain and Portugal are bracing for another storm to hit the Iberian Peninsula, just days after Storm Leonardo claimed at least one life in each country and forced thousands to evacuate. Storm Marta prompted the deployment of more than 26,000 rescuers in Portugal, while three municipalities postponed Sunday’s presidential run-off until next week.
