Prince William’s Earthshot Award for founding partner Jeffrey Epstein in newly released documents from the Justice Department. However, one expert said it was “a bit far-fetched” to think the Prince of Wales received funding for his charities through any links to Epstein.
Although William is the face of the Earthshot Prize, a global environmental award given annually to five recipients for their contributions to environmental causes, he recruited partners before launching the organization in 2020.
One of those partners is DP World, whose chief executive Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem appears in the latest batch of Epstein documents.
William’s name or execution is not mentioned in the Epstein dossier. Representatives for Buckingham Palace and the Earthshot Awards did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.

Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital that he believes the Republic is using Sulayem’s ties to Epstein to dismantle the royal family entirely.
Turner said: “I think it’s a bit of a stretch to suggest that Sultan Ahmed contributed to the Epstein affair through this connection. The money has now been donated to the recipients in an appropriate manner, so I feel like the Republic is looking for any excuse to cling to the royal family to maximize their strategy that the royal family should be a thing of the past and disbanded.”

He added: “How William will deal with this matter with the Charity Commission by providing evidence to the contrary.”

Republic said DP World donated at least $1.3 million to William’s charities. “The seriousness of this matter requires a full and comprehensive investigation,” the Republic wrote in a news release.
Republic CEO Graham Smith issued a statement in a press release making it clear that “William has many questions to answer about what he knew about Andrew and Epstein.”
“Now he must explain his relationship with Sulayem,” his statement continued.
“Against the backdrop of a growing scandal, we need answers.”
“It is not credible to believe that the Foreign Office, security services or other advisers did not know Sulayem’s character and were able to advise accordingly. These documents have been in the hands of US authorities for years. It is unbelievable that such intelligence would not have been shared. Earthshot had a responsibility to conduct due diligence and ask questions about donors and where the funds came from. Did they do that here? If so, would William have overridden their better judgment?” Smith said.

He concluded: “Against the backdrop of a growing scandal, we need answers.”
British royal expert Hilary Fortewitch pointed out to Fox News Digital that William and his wife, Kate Middleton, have said they are “deeply concerned by the ongoing revelations.” A spokesman for the couple issued a statement to the BBC on Monday following the latest revelations about the Epstein dossier.
“Their thoughts remain focused on the victims,” the spokesman concluded.

“This is a clear demonstration of Prince William’s leadership in standing up on this issue and doing the right thing, which is to focus on the plight of the victims,” Fortewitch concluded.
