Tyson Fury will return to the boxing ring on April 11 for his comeback fight with Arslanbek Mahmudov at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, according to his promoter Turki Alasheh.

It will be Fury’s first boxing match in the UK since winning a trilogy fight against Derek Chisora ​​in 2022, which also takes place at the 62,850-seat arena in north London.

Fury lost the WBC world heavyweight title he once held when Alexander Usyk defeated him in a 2024 undisputed title fight. In the rematch, Usyk once again defeated Fury on points.

The British heavyweight star announced his retirement early last year but will return to the ring with Makhmudov.

Fury is very motivated for this return. “These are exciting times for Tyson and the British boxing community,” his promoter Frank Warren told us sky sports.

“He’s definitely got his teeth into it, he’s been training hard in Thailand and he’s in good shape.

“He takes care of himself and is in great shape. He’s going to be in fighting mode, ready to go and he’s going to prove his point. I’m looking forward to this game.

“It was a big fight. Tyson did it and he still holds the record as the highest-grossing fight at Wembley.

“He was a big attraction.”
