“How are you?” (How are things going?)
Later in the same video, a fan urged the opening batsman to score a century in the upcoming match, saying:
“Sanju bhaiya, you have to score a century in tomorrow’s game.” (Sanju bhaiya, you have to score a century in tomorrow’s game)

Meanwhile, India won the hosts’ opener against the United States by 29 runs at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on February 7, a match in which the 31-year-old continued to play in Delhi due to Abhishek Sharma’s fitness concerns.
The left-hander has been dealing with a stomach infection and missed training ahead of Tuesday and Wednesday’s game against Namibia, with his selection to be finalized before the game.

Sanju Samson has been named in India’s 15-man squad for the 2026 T20 World Cup and this is not the first time he has been selected for the mega tournament. He was also part of the 2024 Men in Blue team, which won against India South Africa Led by Rohit Sharma to reach the final.
However, Sanju Samson did not get any playing time in that match and despite being named in the squad for the second time, he is yet to feature in a T20 World Cup match.
Overall, the opening batsman played 57 T20Is and scored 1,078 runs in 49 innings at an average of 23.95 and a strike rate of 147.46. His record includes three fifties and three centuries, with a highest score of 111.
