Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Max Crosby has come out to share his thoughts on the team’s new head coach Clint Kubiak.

The five-time Pro Bowler sang the praises of his coaching career during Wednesday’s episode of “The Rush with Maxx.” Crosby also emphasized how Kubiak helps develop players and reach their potential on the court.

“He’s a mature coach,” Crosby said. “Obviously, the success that he’s had comes from family as well. He grew up as a kid watching his dad have a lot of success as an NFL coach. … The people around him have a great pedigree. He ran a great system and had a lot of success as a coordinator.

“You’ve seen what he’s done with Sam Darnold … he’s gotten the best out of a lot of guys … you’ve got to give him credit … he’s respected by people all over the league. I haven’t talked to him or anything like that, but I know people think very highly of him.”
