U.S. officials made new revelations about the Epstein dossier on Monday, identifying who they believe were the recipients of a disturbing email sent by the late financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in which he mentioned an alleged “torture video.”

According to documents recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice, this name is Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem. He is one of the most powerful business figures in the UAE.
