“This is the dream,” Taubitz said. “Now it’s a dream come true.”
Farquharson failed to win a medal in his first 54 World Cup appearances before finally making his breakthrough this season.

“Super happy for Ashley and super happy for the U.S. Luge team,” said Emily Fischnerer, a long-time teammate on the U.S. team. “I mean, we’re the guys on the sled, but we have a team behind us in everything we do. So, it’s just a testament to all the work that everyone puts in.”
