A few weeks ago, Cage took to social media to tease that he would be returning to AEW TV sometime this year. The former FTW and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion seemed fully primed and ready to make his comeback in his latest gym photos, which he posted on Instagram about an hour ago.
“These wheels are coming back and rolling into the ring. Back to the cage, soon soon very soon.” – said the post’s caption.

Brian Cage’s last appearance in an All Elite Wrestling ring was on AEW Collision: Slam Dunk Saturday, which aired on March 22 last year. “The Wolverine,” along with his Don Callis family members Konosuke Takeshita and Lance Archer, defeated powerhouses Hobbs, Mark Briscoe and Rocky Romero in a three-way match.
