The U.S. Army announced Monday morning that U.S. forces boarded a ship overnight “without incident.”
The department’s post on X noted that the United States has “pursued” the ship “from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean.”
“When @DeptofWar says quarantine, we mean it. Nothing can stop the Department of Defense from defending our homeland – even from an ocean on the other side of the world. Overnight, U.S. forces conducted access, maritime interdiction and boarding of Skyhawk 2 in the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility without incident.” postal explained.

“The Skyhawk 2’s actions ignored President Trump’s quarantine rules for sanctioned ships in the Caribbean. It escaped, and we were right behind it. The Department of War tracked and pursued the ship from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean. No other nation on Earth has the ability to enforce its will through any domain. By land, air, or sea, our armed forces will find you and deliver justice. You will soon run out of fuel before you overtake us,” the post continued.
“The Department of War will deny illegal actors and their agents the ability to counter U.S. power in the global maritime domain.”
This is an explosive story. Please check back for updates.
