Jammu and Kashmir have written a special chapter in their cricketing journey by reaching the semi-finals of Ranji Trophy for the first time. They achieved this milestone on February 9 when they defeated Madhya Pradesh by 56 runs in the quarter-finals of the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy.

The quarter-final showdown belonged to Auqib Nabi, who took 12 wickets throughout the innings to help Jammu and Kashmir register a famous victory over Madhya Pradesh at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.
