Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado said Sunday that gunmen kidnapped her close ally Juan Pablo Guanipa hours after he was released from prison in Caracas. The kidnapping comes just days before lawmakers are due to vote on a historic amnesty bill covering charges used to detain dissidents
