Super Bowl LX doesn’t just bring football’s biggest game to Levi’s Stadium.
It also offers sumptuous food and drinks centered around local specialties bay area seafood, Bold flavors and globally inspired variations are sure to fill your Instagram feed.
From Fisherman’s Wharf-style crab to Chinatown-style cocktails, Levy, the hotel group behind Levi’s Stadium, offers products designed to showcase the area’s character from the concession stand to VIP suites.
“I issued a challenge to all the chefs I work with,” Jon Severson, Levy’s regional executive chef, told the San Francisco Chronicle. “If you had your own restaurant, what would you want to sell? And then build it around local San Francisco ingredients.”

Levy’s culinary team spent more than two years developing the LX Super Bowl menu, the outlet reported.

Levy said the menu is expected to include about 10,000 hot dogs, 1,500 pounds of local Dungeness crab, 2,000 pounds of prime beef tenderloin, 4,000 oysters and 8,000 margaritas. About 90% of the ingredients also come from California.

“The crabs we offer will be caught at the last minute,” said Lou Bastian, senior vice president of culinary for all Levy’s West Coast locations. Tell Forbes. “We met with local Dungeness crab fishermen and they said they could pull the crabs out of the water two days before the event.”

3. Chinatown Dog
The classic foot-long hot dog gets a Bay Area twist with the Chinatown Hot Dog, featuring hot Chinese mustard, barbecued pork, Sriracha and chopped radish on a chargrilled barbecue All beef dogs.
