Celtic signed forward Junior Adamu, winger Joel Mwuka and defender Benjamin Arthur on loan on deadline day.
Austria international Adam was the first player to arrive on the final day of the transfer window from Bundesliga side Freiburg, with the option of a permanent move in the summer.
He began his career with Lieferring in Austria before moving to Red Bull Salzburg, St Gallen and Freiburg, scoring seven goals in 67 games in all competitions.
The 24-year-old has nine caps for Austria but is yet to score for his country, he told reporters celtic tv: “I’m happy to be here and I can’t wait to start. I want to do my best for this club, try to win titles and trophies, score a lot of goals, help the team and I also want to improve as a player.
“I spoke to the manager and he gave me a good push, I trusted him and he gave me that trust and he told me what the system was like and I felt like the connection was very strong.
“I’m dangerous in the box and hungry for goals. That’s what the manager sees in me and I want to show that on the pitch.”
Arthur felt ‘honoured’ for ‘exciting move’
Celtic then confirmed Benjamin Arthur Borrowed from brentford Until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old centre-back made his first-team debut for the Premier League side earlier this season and played his part in the Carabao Cup third round win over Aston Villa.
Arthur, who has played for England’s youth teams, added: “I’m really honored and delighted to be joining Celtic. It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world so it’s a really exciting move for me.
“I know we have a quality squad with players who have won a lot already and I can’t wait to join them and hopefully play my part in bringing more success to the club and its fans.
“We have a lot of challenges ahead of us and I’m ready to meet them and ready to do whatever I can to help the club achieve whatever it wants.”
Mvuka joins despite health issues
Celtic also add winger Joel wakes up a loan transaction Lorient.
The Norwegian will join before the end of the season, becoming the fifth and final player to join the club during the January transfer window.
There is an option to buy the 22-year-old, who was set to join on a permanent deal before medical issues put his move into doubt.
mwuka told celtic tv: “It feels really good to finally be here. One of the things that stuck in my mind when we were playing at Celtic Park was the fans singing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ before the game and I thought ‘Wow!’
“I was Sebastian Tounekti’s teammate at Bodø/Glimt and I know him very well, so I can’t wait to meet him again.
“I’m a quick winger, I can play on the left or right and I’m good on the ball and I can’t wait to get on the pitch.”
Could Oxlade-Chamberlain follow suit?
Celtic also interested in former Arsenal and Liverpool player midfield Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Since he is a free agent, there is no rush to get any deal done.
Oxlade-Chamberlain is currently training with Arsenal and Mikel Arteta has refused to rule out signing him.

Celtics reject third offer for Engels
Meanwhile, Celtic reject Nottingham Forest’s third bid for midfielder Arne Engels Worth up to £25 million.
The Premier League club wants to pay Engels £20 million guaranteed, with an additional £5 million.
Celtic considered an offer for the club’s record signing but ultimately rejected the offer. They had previously rejected Forest’s previous two offers for the 22-year-old, with the previous offer being £17.3m.
Celtic have no plans to sell Engel in this window and manager Martin O’Neill said on Sunday he expected the club to reject any offers.
Engels signed from Augsburg for £11 million in August 2024 and has two and a half years left on his contract with Celtic.
There were three expenditures at Celtic Park on deadline day, Stephen Wales Returns to Motherwell on loan, goalkeeper Toby Oluwayemi Moved to Leyden Orient on a permanent agreement and Johnny Kenny Loaned to Bolton Wanderers until the end of the season.
