Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, was taken into custody Tuesday after a half-naked man reportedly acted inappropriately at the Windsor Hills Resort vacation home rental community in Kissimmee. Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers were first called to Grassendale Street on January 22 after residents reported a man exposed in front of a residence.
“Witnesses and cell phone recordings provided evidence of inappropriate behavior by a disheveled man,” the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said.

According to local Outlet WFTV9 and wKGThe video allegedly shows the man performing a sex act with a vacuum cleaner.
“The victim who observed the act provided a statement and cellphone recording showing a semi-naked male performing a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner in front of a residence,” deputies said in a statement, WKMG reported.
The suspect fled the area before police arrived.
Subsequent investigation revealed that Westerhold and his wife were listed as hosts Airbnb real estate at Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop in the Windsor Hills Resort community, authorities said.

Police are also reviewing another complaint from the previous day (January 21), when a resident reported seeing a naked man in a shared hallway.
Ring camera video Persons of interest in the incident have been turned over to law enforcement, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
“Deputies investigated the Almaton Loop and obtained additional statements from residents who reported similar behavior by the suspect,” authorities said, noting that the behavior was previously reported to the homeowners association in December.
Other blink camera footage provided by residents also showed the suspect partially or naked in a public hallway, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Westerhold, of Oviedo, Florida, was arrested on suspicion of: exposed sexual organs and was booked into the Seminole County Jail, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Investigators ask anyone with additional information about the incident to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Windsor Hills Resort is a community of individually owned vacation rentals located just minutes from Walt Disney World and is promoted as the “best kept secret” for Disney guests, according to the resort’s website.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Airbnb and Windsor Mountain Resort did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
