Syrian Kurdish forces announce curfew in northeastern cities ahead of deal with Damascus




Syrian Kurdish security forces announced a curfew in two northeastern cities early next week, ahead of the implementation of an agreement with Damascus to integrate Kurdish military and civilian institutions into the state. Kurdish leader Mazloum Abdi said the deal would begin on Monday, with both sides withdrawing from forward positions.
