Drop Site News Middle East editor Sharif Abdel Kouddous believes the US plan for Gaza amounts to a “theme park of dispossession” for Palestinians.

Abdel Kouddous told host Steve Clemons that the draconian measures planned for Gaza’s two million shell-shocked Palestinians are an Orwellian maze of biometrics, bureaucracy and “government surveillance labs” – all aimed at driving them out.

Noting that Israel has not yet “passed the first phase of any ceasefire agreement with Arab countries,” Abdul Qudus warned that Israel was establishing facts on the ground in Gaza – including 50 military bases – “that will eventually become permanent.”
