Alexander Volkanovski once again became the undisputed featherweight champion, defeating the threat of Diego Lopes at UFC 325. However, ‘The Great’ cannot rest on his laurels as the dangerous Jean Silva delivers a chilling warning.

While Lopez had a strong fight, even injuring “The Great” at one point, the champion dominated the fight, winning four rounds on two judges’ scorecards and the other winning all five.

Silva is coming off a win over Arnold Allen and is looking to steal the next title. While Volkanovski had previously expressed interest in a title shot against the undefeated Movsar Evloev, “The Lord” made his case for the featherweight king.

In a recent update from X, the fight nerd standout shared a video of himself calling out Volkanovski, captioning it:

“You’re a legend, brother, but I’m here for everything.”

In the video, Silva can be heard mocking “The Great One” and encouraging him to face him unless he is afraid of the dangerous striker. In addition, Silva also touched on the sore spot and said:

“Here’s the thing. I know Volkanovski is asking Evloev. I don’t know. Is he asking that guy not to get hurt? Bro, sorry to inform you. If you want to stay and not get hurt, I understand, but if you want to fight a guy who hits hard, I’m your guy. I’ll tell you one more thing. I’m going to camp with (Ilya) Topriya to beat you. I’m warning you, I’m going to be there.”
