Judge rejects Minnesota’s request to halt federal ICE metro surge operations

one federal judge Denied Minnesota’s request to immediately halt U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-led surge operations in the metro.

Saturday’s ruling said the state and two cities failed to meet the high legal standard needed to block federal enforcement action at this stage of the case.
