The line-ups for the Premier League derby in the capital have been confirmed


As Chelsea welcome London rivals West Ham to Stamford Bridge this evening, Liam Rosenier has enjoyed a positive start to life in England.

Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte’s Blues secured their place in the last-16 of the Champions League by beating Napoli on the road, but their focus now turns to the Premier League.
