About 10 police and security personnel and 11 civilians were killed Saturday in orchestrated militant attacks across the southwestern province of Balochistan, Pakistani officials said. The outlawed separatist group Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attacks in a region that has faced an insurgency by ethnic Baloch militant groups for decades.
