Israel continues to block aid, Rafah to reopen Gaza on Sunday

Israel said it would reopen the Rafah crossing on Sunday after nearly two years, but only for strictly controlled movement of people. Humanitarian aid remains prohibited. Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud reports from Rafah that Israel retains full security controls.
