Iran’s top diplomat said his country’s missile and defense capabilities will “never” be on the negotiating table, as US President Donald Trump appeared to cool threats to strike following a military build-up in the region. Earlier on January 30, he arrived in Istanbul for talks with Turkish officials, who positioned themselves as mediators in an attempt to de-escalate the situation.
