Australia have arrived in Asia to take part in the ICC T20 World Cup series against Pakistan. Australia will play PAK’s second T20I against Australia against the Men in Green before they announce their final World Cup squad before arriving in Sri Lanka for the T20 World Cup group stage.
Pakistan has largely escaped the trouble of participating in the T20 World Cup and will arrive in Sri Lanka on February 2 for the World Cup. All their matches are scheduled in Sri Lanka, as is Australia. Australia are tied with co-host Sri Lanka and will therefore play the tournament there.
The three-match T20I series marks the final preparations for both teams before the big game. The first match was played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and Pakistan won by 22 runs.
