The sale of French military supplier LMB Aerospace to an American company has sparked controversy in France and drawn criticism from across the political spectrum as the relationship between US citizens and the EU remains under heightened scrutiny. Economy Minister Roland Lescure confirmed that the government will take a controlling stake in LMB and that the sale will not threaten French military sovereignty.
