Bear Bronson comments on his AEW booking
Bear Bronson’s AEW run has been a bit confusing. He joined Bear Boulder in a tag team called “Bear Country”. However, the two changed their names to Iron Savage before they could recover. “I’m in a very unique position where I don’t think other people are emotionally disconnected from the roles that I’m being asked to play. From the jump, from Bear Country to Steel Barbarian — from that point on, I felt like it was really out of my hands because it was coming from other people’s minds inside my stable or outside of my stable. I’m really not one to be combative about these things, and as a professional, I like to say, ‘OK, if this is what you’re pitching, if this is what you’re asking me to do, I’m going to do my best,'” Bronson said.
