Democrats are threatening a shutdown if the White House doesn’t cap ICE’s budget




Senate Democrats say they will block legislation on Jan. 28 that would fund the Department of Homeland Security and several other agencies, potentially bringing the government one step closer to a partial shutdown if Republicans and the White House do not agree to new limits on President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown.
