A witness called police on Saturday and provided identifying information about the vehicle. Police tracked the SUV to a home in La Habra, where they found the vehicle, the children and a suspect believed to be the woman seen in the video.

Police confirmed the 19-month-old was injured in the fall. The toddler was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and is expected to recover. full recovery.
