Thailand freed 18 Cambodian soldiers who had been captured since July’s border clashes




Thailand has freed 18 Cambodian soldiers who had been held captive since border clashes between the two countries erupted in July as part of a renewed ceasefire signed on Saturday. Dozens of people have been killed and more than a million driven from their homes since renewed fighting broke out in December.
