US-based insurance brokerage Trucordia has acquired Global Financial & Insurance Services, an insurance and financial services provider based in Texas, USA.

The financial specifics of the deal remain undisclosed.

Global Financial & Insurance has a presence in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth and Los Angeles, and serves clients in all 50 US states.

It helps individuals, families and businesses with a variety of insurance and financial offers.

The company was founded by Amin Chagani and offers coverage including auto, commercial vehicle, home, liability, life, property coverage, bond, umbrella policies and workers’ compensation.

There are also options designed for industries such as gas stations, hotels, aviation, education and other sectors.

Financial services offered by Global Financial & Insurance Services include retirement planning, tax considerations, debt management guidance, asset protection and legacy planning.

The company also offers bilingual support to cater to different customer requirements.

In July this year, Trucordia acquired Vegas Valley Benefit Plansa provider of insurance and employee benefits solutions based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This acquisition expands Trucordia’s operations in the US Southwest region and is expected to expand its offering of specialized benefits solutions.

Vegas Valley Benefit Plans offers Southern Nevada clients a range of employee benefit products.

Its portfolio of services includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as retirement planning services.
