Louvre staff consider extending strike over working conditions




Paris’s Louvre remained closed Wednesday morning as staff held talks to extend a strike over pay and working conditions following the high-profile jewel heist and recent infrastructure failures that exposed security lapses and the museum’s deteriorating condition.
