Live: Kremlin says Europe’s participation in peace talks in Ukraine ‘doesn’t bode well’




The Kremlin said on Tuesday it opposed European participation in US-led talks to end the war in Ukraine, saying it first needed details of recent talks. Meanwhile, European leaders met in Berlin to launch a Commission on International Claims to compensate Kiev for hundreds of billions of dollars in damages from Russian attacks and alleged war crimes.
