Samsung is expanding it Micro RGB TV lineup, a technology that promises better colors than before, and will include smaller sizes starting at 55 inches.

The TVs have an RGB backlight made up of tiny red, green and blue LEDs that the company says enables ultra-precise brightness control and improves color accuracy. The TVs use “enhanced RGB color dimming precision” and are said to achieve 100% of BT.2020 color gamut.

The range will include Glare Free technology for better performance in bright rooms, and will come in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, 100-inch and 115-inch models.
The TVs will also include expanded audio capabilities, including new Standard eclipseas well as a full suite of AI features such as Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper and onscreen search.

Samsung is not the only manufacturer set to unveil TVs based on RGB micro LEDs at CES 2026, as LG has announced its latest TVs will also include a technology version.

Pricing and availability of the new range(s) have yet to be announced, though the original models cost $30,000, and we expect to hear more when CES kicks off on January 6.
