Charity Beallis, 40, with her two children They were found with gunshot wounds at their home in Bonanza, Arkansas, on Dec. 3 after a welfare check, according to the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting happened one day after the final divorce hearing for Charity and her estranged husband, Randall, according to them. 5 news.
According to reports, Randall allegedly strangled Charity on February 16, 2025. Although he was initially charged with aggravated assault on a family member, third-degree domestic battery and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, he plead guilty A Level 3 battery charge in October.
He was sentenced to a year’s probation and given an order not to have contact with his wife or any members of her family, which was approved by the charity.

Charity filed for divorce shortly after her husband was arrested. Divorce records show that the two married in 2015 and stopped living together in February.
In August, Randall was accused of strangling Charity, months after she did a mysterious thing Facebook postsharing a screenshot of an article titled “If Your Partner Ever Strangulated You, They’d Likely Kill You.”
“If a woman’s partner has strangled her, even once, her risk of being murdered with a gun by that same partner increases by 750 percent compared to women who have never been strangled,” states the Daily News article shared by Charity.

The wife and mother added a series of hashtags in the comments section of the post, including “#StopCorruption,” “#JusticeForVictims,” ”#AccountabilityNow,” “#SystemicFailure,” and more.
Charity also commented on a 5 News article in August, where she wrote: “I’m living this battle right now. I’m the victim and yet I’m treated like the problem, while the culprit – a local doctor – is protected by the system that’s supposed to protect us.”
“I tried to contact the prosecutor…but he wouldn’t even accept my letter. As a victim, my voice was shut out,” Charity wrote. “This is not just my problem – this is a system that protects criminals and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children.”
The U.S. Secret Service and Homeland Security Investigations are now among the agencies involved in the investigation, the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office wrote in an update Tuesday.
Deputies added that the suspect’s name has not been released but said 12 search warrants are ongoing and six have been issued.
according to 40/29 News, Deputies said Randall, an Arkansas doctor, was not a suspect as of Friday.

Randall’s attorney told the outlet that his client has been cooperating with law enforcement and fully supports the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office investigation.
After Charity’s death on December 4, Randall’s attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the divorce case. The charity is seeking full custody of the children.
