In an area where the effort to increase participation is not over, META knows that giving FICKOK Users are more what they want to make it more and more they go around. The company announced a set of updates designed to help improve the feed and broader Facebook experience by making it easier to find, create and share interesting things. (Because basically showing updates from your friends with the occasional ad or meme post might be too complicated.)
Adaptability is a big focus of this overhaul. First, the feedbook feed will be highly streamlined. Whenever you post multiple photos, Facebook will arrange them in a standard grid. If you click on anything in the feed, you will see it in a full screen view. And there is a very welcome change to your liking of a photo by double tapping it. Just be careful if you are swiping an ex on photos of someone or a crush.

Simplified Facebook Feed. (Meta)
Search results are now said to “show more content in a cleaner Grid Layout that supports all types of content,” according to Meta. The company is working on a new full-screen viewer for Facebook that “allows you to explore different photos in search,” which is planned to expand “more fragments in the coming months.”
Additionally, the company says you can provide feedback on a Facebook or Reel post to help make recommendations more relevant. More ways for you to “shape your feed” and offer feedback on how the algorithm is serving will come soon.
The feacbook feed that follows, and well knows the meta that sucks it. There have been many occasions in the last years where I had to scroll through a couple of non-event posts from pages and creators that I have never heard of from a friend. The glut of Spam and Ai Slop doesn’t help (things are pretty grim for the creators that used to be deal with pirated content as well).
There was a spell for a few months last year when, every time I opened Facebook, I would see complete garbage. AI-GRUPATED image of a “Tiny House,” A supposedly good domicile where most people know (three TVs in a living room, stairs and rails with signs of AI overflow. I always give feedback that I don’t want to see any posts from that page. But the next day there is another rotten “small house” image from a different page in my feed.
Here’s hoping Meta will take feedback related to the recommendations on board and act on it. If the company does, it might make the feed more interesting to scroll through again.
In any place, Facebook will put the most used features in the tab – such as reels, friends, market and profile in the tab. Meta also promises a refreshed look for the menu and “cleaner” tab notifications.

Facebook story creation screen (Meta)
Facebook makes it easier to access the most popular stories and feeds Pet’s creative tools in FEED and Friends by giving them more prominent placement. Advanced options like text background colors may be an extra tap or two away. Post and story composers show audience and post-post settings better, so you have the flexibility to control who sees what you share. Meta has updated how comments go in the feed, groups and reels as well making things more streamlined and easy to follow.
On top of all that, when you change your profile, you can start seeing suggestions for friends with shared interests. Meta suggests that, “If you update your profile to show that you are baking bread in Bashville, Facebook will show you friends. However, as always you can decide what is seen in your profile or simply share none of this personal information on Facebook with everyone, especially if you know that a lot is known about you.
