The January transfer window could prove frustrating for Ben Chilwell, with news suggesting that no offers have been made for the 28-year-old Chelsea full-back.

From the 2024/25 season to the present, Enzo Maresca Already given Ben Chilwell Roughly 45 minutes chelseaand not in Premier League But in the League Cup (transfer market).

Obviously, the P/W Ace of £200,000 (Cabo Lodge) was not part of the Italian’s plans and given the Blues’ form this season, it’s hard to argue with the way Maresca has handled things at Stamford Bridge.

Maresca’s recent comments about a Chelsea player Could see him leave in January and manager has admitted Chilwell and another Blues ace could also be sent away.

The club’s problem is that no one wants the former Leicester City player, according to reports the sunwhich could keep Chilwell on the sidelines for at least another six months.

Another issue that could become a problem for the Blues is that the 28-year-old is contracted to the club until June 2027 and so will almost certainly want to recoup a reasonable sum for a player who has fallen dramatically out of favor. In west London.

Ben Chilwell may need to leave Chelsea on loan

The player himself will most likely have to revise his options and perhaps accept the fact that if he really wants to leave Stamford Bridge, he will need to consider a move to a mid-table club at best.

At the moment, a decision hasn’t even been made, although a late January bid from any team could be rewarded, with both Chilwell and Chelsea open to the idea.

Even a loan move would represent something of an improvement, as it would at least give the left-back another chance to play regularly.
