Venezuela builds border security in response to deployment of American warships




Venezuela on Monday announced the deployment of 15,000 soldiers at the border of Colombia to fight the drug trade in the midst of Washington charges that President Venezuele Nicolas Maduro run a cocaine trade cartel.
