China to increase budget deficit, ramp up govt bond issuance to support growth By Reuters

BEIJING (Reuters) – China will raise its budget deficit ratio, boost fiscal spending and accelerate spending by 2025, the finance ministry said on Tuesday.

The government will arrange for a larger scale of government bonds to provide more support for strengthening growth, the ministry said, citing a major government conference held between Monday and Tuesday.
