He responded to the incident on X.

“Respectfully kicked out for no reason, I’m full of passion and fire!! Guys have been chirping all day, as you’d expect!!” he wrote.

The safety has three interceptions, one forced fumble and 57 tackles for the Eagles this season against the Commanders.

He added another interception against Washington.

Losing Gardner-Johnson could do as much to the Hawks’ defense as losing Jalen does to the offense. Philadelphia led by 10 points after Gardner Johnson was sacked and scored three more points after regaining the ball after a fumble.
