Zelensky welcomes Russian overture but says the truce must come before the peace negotiations




Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, May 11, welcomed the Russian offer for direct peace negotiations, but insisted that there must be a complete, temporary interruption of fire before the negotiations could start. Emmanuelle Chaze from France 24 tells us more.
