Sporting CP are not planning to sell striker Victor Gyokares in January transfer reports from Window, Germany claimed.
The 26-year-old joined the Portuguese giants in a club-record transfer of €20m in 2023, but is now believed to be worth five times that amount after developing into one of Europe’s most prolific goalscorers in the following 18 months.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Barcelona And Real Madrid All have been strongly linked with Gyocares, the former now managed by ex-Sporting CP boss Ruben Amorim, but the Swede is unlikely to move in January.

Gyokares has scored a sensational 21 goals in just 17 Primera Liga appearances this season, adding nine more in all competitions to take his season tally to 30. His brutal run of form followed a dazzling debut season in which he scored 43 goals as a Sporting CP. Won the title at Canter from rivals Benfica.
Those interested in signing Keres are unlikely to be put off by Sporting’s attitude, with a summer transfer always likely to be a more viable option, but a move on for some of Europe’s other leading marksmen is more likely.
Lille’s Jonathan David could be available on the cheap in January – his contract expires at the end of the season – while Paris Saint-Germain’s Randall Kolo Muani is likely to move on to pastures new after failing to become a regular fixture for Luis Enrique.
