Federal prosecutor formally raises intentions to seek death penalty against Luigi Mangione


Federal prosecutors have announced intentions to sentence Luigi Mangione to death, according to court documents filed Thursday night.

The document was obtained by Court News Services on Thursday. One week later Mangione was sued Federal charges.

“Luigi Nicholas Mangione intentionally specializes in acts of violence, knowing that the act poses a serious risk of death to someone,” the document reads.
