Since Tomlin stepped down, the Steelers still retain his rights. Multiple teams can use his services. Pittsburgh, on the other hand, begins working to replace Tomlin. They reportedly requested an interview with Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores. Tomlin has been mentioned as a potential target for the Baltimore Ravens, with the owner teasing the possibility.

Tomlin compiled a record of 193 wins, 114 losses and 2 losses in 19 years.
